Tax Rate Setting
1:00PM
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman MacCleery, Selectman Colbert, Selectman DeBold and Administrative Assistant Lisa Stevens.
Others Present: Sandra Rourke; Department of Revenue and Peter Aubrey; School Administrative Unit
Estimated revenues were reviewed and reclassified. The tax rate was calculated by Ms. Rourke, auditor for the Town of Chichester.
The Selectmen agreed to take $125,000 from the surplus to offset the proposed increase in the tax rate.
The tax rate was set and the meeting adjourned at 1:50PM.
